WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
We want you to love the merchandise that you receive from Godiva’s Secret Wigs!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the style or color that you chose, you have TWO options:
Option 1 : STORE CREDIT- No restocking fee. The entire amount you paid for the product will be given to you as a store credit for YOU to use on future purchases. We do not offer automatic exchanges. Store credit does not expire.
Option 2: REFUND- Your product cost will be refunded back to your original form of payment, less a restocking fee of $15 for each Wig or Top Piece and 15% for all other items.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE?
Step #1- Check to be sure you're eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, we must receive your product back within 14 days of the delivery date and your product(s) must meet ALL of these requirements:
1. Tags attached
2. Odor-free, no sign of wear
3. No makeup residue
4. Not cut, altered or washed
If we receive an ineligible item back, it will be subject to a 30% fee.
Step #2- Submit an Online Return Request.
- Go to www.GodivasSecretWigs.com, click on "Account" and enter your email and password.
-Go to "Orders," click on your order number being returned, then click "Request Return."
-Complete this section then click on "Submit Return Request."
Step #3- Choose How to Process Your Return and Mark it on the Return Form.

**Note: If no option is chosen, you will be given a refund, minus the restocking fee.
Step #4- Return Instructions.
We do not pay for return shipping or provide return shipping labels. Send your package, the filled out Return Form and a copy of your receipt, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to the address below. Web returns cannot be processed in our retail stores. Once we receive your returned product, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Note: If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the restocking fee on returns, so please be sure to order carefully.

Your web returns must be mailed to the address below. DO NOT mail or bring your web returns into our retail stores as the return cannot be processed there.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Once we receive your returned product, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. We will submit the return, minus any applicable restocking and shipping fees. If you requested a refund, it does take a few days to get processed through the banks as well. Sometimes you won't see the refund until your next bank statement.

If you've made a purchase in our Woodland Hills, CA store, there are no refunds; however, we do offer a 7 day exchange, as long as you have your receipt. The item must be in new condition. Any item that has been worn, trimmed, cut or altered in any way cannot be returned. If you'd like to exchange an item, you must bring it back to the store you purchased it from and we'd be happy to help you!
